1. When does the oil in the wet spraying machine need to be replaced?
Check the hydraulic oil level and oil quality. The oil quality should be light yellow and transparent, without emulsification or turbidity, otherwise it should be replaced immediately. When the air leakage on the side of the rotor body is serious, check whether the gap size between the limit seat and the hopper seat is appropriate.
2. The speed of the wet spraying machine is fast and slow?
First check whether the voltage is stable. If the voltage is normal, then check the working condition of the lubrication system. You should see the indicator rod of the progressive distributor moving back and forth, and the lubrication points such as the bearing position of the S-tube swing arm end and the bearing position of the mixing shaft have lubricating oil overflowing; then start the machine to check whether the distribution valve reversing and the positive rotation of the mixing equipment are working normally. When the pressure of the wet spraying machine is low and the spraying effect is not ideal, you can check whether the hydraulic system has oil leakage or oil seepage. Check all threaded connections of the wet spraying machine frequently to ensure that the connection is firm.
